Yes. Estate Agents Cluttons produced two reports last year that seemed to indicate this. The London connectivity report – part one: residential tenants 2018 showed that almost half of residential tenants in Central London are likely to demand discounts for homes with poor levels of connectivity. Interestingly that number rises sharply for those aged under 30.
The second report – The commercial connectivity impact report – showed how commercial landlords have discovered that better connectivity in buildings is important to keeping tenants long-term and deliver higher returns from well-connected offices. The report added that connectivity is now more important to office workers than good transport links.
UpFibre is very cognisant of this which is why we are only offering full fibre products. More than that, our pricing compared to competitors, is better value than incumbent non-fibre and full fibre service providers, saving you money as well.
